After a program, membership is what keeps the plan working over time.
Chronos programs establish a plan. Membership provides the continuity to maintain progress and adjust it over time — a longitudinal care relationship with Dr. Rahman and the Chronos team, not a subscription to a clinic. Orthopedic longevity is not a one-time intervention: the tissue still ages, training load fluctuates, and seasons change.
Every membership includes tangible, recurring value:
Three tiers, below. Every patient is evaluated individually before a tier is recommended.
For the patient who has completed a Chronos program and is in a stable, active phase.
For the active adult or multi-sport athlete who wants active optimization and physician oversight — not just maintenance.
For the patient who wants full integration of orthopedic, regenerative, metabolic, and performance care.

Membership enrollment typically follows completion of a Chronos program. The scope, tier, and specific maintenance plan are reviewed during the transition consultation at program completion. Direct-to-membership enrollment is available in selected cases.
