After a program, membership is what keeps the plan working over time.
Chronos programs produce results. Membership is what maintains them.
Orthopedic longevity is not a one-time intervention. The tissue still ages. The training load fluctuates. Seasons change. A patient who skis hard in February needs a different plan in August than a patient training for a triathlon in September.
Three tiers. Every patient is evaluated individually before a tier is recommended.
For the patient who has completed a Chronos program and is in a stable, active phase.
For the multi-sport or multi-season athlete who needs physiological preparation for specific high-demand periods.
For the patient who wants full integration of orthopedic, regenerative, metabolic, and performance care.
Membership enrollment typically follows completion of a Chronos program. The scope, tier, and specific maintenance plan are reviewed during the transition consultation at program completion. Direct-to-membership enrollment is available in selected cases.
